Description - The journal features articles, covering new scientific results in the areas of fundamental and applied research and corresponding to the following areas: engineering sciences (mechanical, transport and power engineering, machine building, industrial safety, etc.); computer sciences. This is an open access journal in accordance with the BOAI definition of Open Access. Contributions must be original, not previously or simultaneously published elsewhere, and are critically reviewed before they are published. The quarterly journal is intended, in its publications, to stimulate new research ideas and foster practical application from the research findings. The journal publishes original research of such high quality as to attract contributions from the relevant local, regional and international communities. The articles in Russian, English and German languages are accepted for publication. Russian-language articles contain the full text in Russian and their metadata in English. All articles submitted to the journal for publication are subject to blind peer reviewing and screening for plagiarism. Authors are not required to pay an article submission fee as part of the submission process and they are not required to pay an article publication fee as part of the publication process. Each article in this journal is licensed under a License Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 International.
