Description - Revista Internext – Revista Eletrônica de Negócios Internacionais – has as its goal to be an academic mean for the production in the international management area. It welcomes professors, researchers, and graduation students in order to promote scientific articles, essays, and case studies of interest to the international management field, such as: - The internationalization of Latin American Companies; - The major companies strategies; - The headquarter/ branch relationship and the subsidiary role; - The understanding of the cultural differences in countries and regions; - Management styles in different cultures; - Common difficulties found in the global industries such as: illegal copying,global product consummer behavior and others; - Human resources international topics like: business administrator’s expatriation; - Knowledge transfer among branches of major companies; The list has as its goal to illustrate, not to restrain.
